Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with students, focusing on behavioral issues and mental health challenges.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their academic and emotional goals.

• Facilitate parent workshops and provide resources to help families understand their children’s mental health needs and the available support services.

• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to create a comprehensive approach to student care and behavior management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, grief, and family conflict. The role emphasizes a family-centered approach, where you will not only engage with students but also address family dynamics and involve parents or guardians in the therapeutic process when appropriate.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, particularly with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Crystal Psychotherapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
