Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations of clients, identifying key issues and needs through active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique requirements of each client, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through virtual sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Document client progress in an electronic health record system, ensuring that all information is accurate, confidential, and readily accessible for review.

• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with resources and support services that promote their overall well-being.

• Collaborate with school staff and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students facing academic and emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily involve working with students and their families, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral health issues. You will directly support adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, academic stress, and other challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active California LCSW license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
