Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments through interviews and observations, evaluating the emotional, social, and environmental factors affecting student recovery and well-being.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and family dynamics, utilizing therapeutic techniques appropriate for school settings.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and school counselors, incorporating psychosocial aspects that align with students’ academic and emotional needs.

• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions for students and their families on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and available community resources.

• Assist students and families in navigating available community resources, such as mental health support programs, vocational training, and educational workshops.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights on student progress and strategies for enhancing mental wellness in the school environment.

• Engage in proactive crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support and safety planning for students facing acute emotional distress.

In this role, you will primarily work with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues that arise from both personal and academic pressures. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
