Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources. This includes gathering detailed histories and building rapport to ensure comprehensive understanding.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student, detailing specific therapeutic goals and interventions appropriate for their unique situations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate a holistic care approach, ensuring that all aspects of the student’s well-being are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, assessing risks and developing safety plans in collaboration with school personnel and families.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at fostering community, understanding, and healing among students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an appealing salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
