Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans employing a variety of therapeutic interventions including crisis intervention and both individual and family therapy.

• Facilitate effective discharge planning by coordinating with consulting physicians and third-party payers, ensuring smooth transitions from hospitalization to home or community care.

• Educate and counsel patients and families on coping strategies related to treatment and rehabilitation, helping them acclimatize to changes in their health.

• Provide on-call support during after-hours to address urgent patient needs, facilitating timely interventions when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
