Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through interviews, both virtually and via telephonic sessions, to understand their emotional and psychological health.

• Develop and implement individualized support plans that include measurable goals tailored to each client’s specific challenges and strengths.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients in urgent need of support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and establishing a safety plan.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during case conferences to strategize the best approaches for each student’s support system.
\n
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources and services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices in mental health and social work interventions.

• Occasionally participate in court proceedings to provide testimony when necessary, ensuring that legal considerations are addressed appropriately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing various psychosocial stressors. Understanding the unique backgrounds and challenges each client faces is crucial to building rapport and effectively promoting their mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
