Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, providing high-quality clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Clients often come from diverse backgrounds with unique cultural perspectives, and your ability to provide culturally competent care will be crucial to fostering trust and effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Current and valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• At least two years of related experience in a clinical setting, preferably within school-based or community health environments.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
