Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess the needs of clients and develop tailored support plans that address their unique circumstances.

• Conduct interviews with students and caregivers to evaluate their current emotional and mental health conditions.

• Set measurable and attainable goals for each client, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide crisis intervention services via phone or virtual meetings to assist clients in immediate distress.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment results, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Actively participate in case conferences and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to address comprehensive client needs.

• Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to facilitate referrals and additional support for clients as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
