Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), aligning approaches with each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engaging psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators to create a holistic approach to student mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children and teenagers experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid California license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and performance-based bonuses.
