Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a therapist directly engaging with students experiencing significant mental health challenges, conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions both virtually and in-person as required.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings to identify students needing further evaluation and arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that include collaboration with families, educational staff, and other healthcare providers to enhance the support networks for students.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to address the unique needs and circumstances of students.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and strategize on enhancing the educational experience for students with mental health issues.

• Actively involve in crisis intervention efforts, providing timely support and resources to students in need of immediate assistance.

• Monitor the ongoing progress of clients throughout their therapeutic journey, ensuring that all necessary documentation regarding admissions, treatment plans, and discharges are completed accurately and promptly.

This role centers on the well-being of students in Hialeah, Florida, particularly those from underserved backgrounds who may face barriers to accessing mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (a Master's Degree is preferred but not required).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, preferably working with children and adolescents in schools or community-based programs.

• Demonstrated understanding of various therapeutic modalities and mental health assessments.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with kids, families, and educational staff.

• Ability to navigate complex school systems and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
