This remote position allows for flexible work arrangements while focusing directly on children’s services within a school environment. Our LCSWs collaborate remotely with a dedicated team to develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and interact with families, promoting a positive and healthy learning environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the needs of enrolled children.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to ensure tailored support for child development.

• Monitor outcomes related to developmental goals and adjust support strategies as needed while being an integral part of a collaborative team.

• Provide ongoing information and emotional support to families, equipping them with strategies to enhance their child’s development.

• Establish rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a collaborative and nurturing learning atmosphere.

• Utilize evidence-based practices within a Natural Learning Environment framework to optimize developmental strategies.
\n
• Regularly report on progress and adapt plans based on the child’s developmental status and family circumstances.

• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations while upholding the highest standards of health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on young children who may present with developmental delays or disabilities. By engaging closely with infants and toddlers, our LCSWs play a vital role in assessing and addressing their unique needs during these formative years. The goal is to empower families and ensure children acquire necessary physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills that are fundamental during the first three years of life.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, with current licensing from the Department of Public Health.
