Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify psychosocial problems and barriers to treatment.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patients' mental health status.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy, to promote positive outcomes.

• Document social work progress and activity in patients' medical records in compliance with departmental standards.

• Cooperate with medical and support staff by providing insights on patients' psychosocial functioning to facilitate coordinated and effective care.

• Advocate for patients and their families, identifying community resources and services that promote self-determination and support.

• Continuously assess the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment as necessary while maintaining adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve children and adolescents in a school setting, providing mental health support to individuals facing various challenges, including emotional, social, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guideline Healthcare for Family LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
