Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new patients, gathering essential background information to understand their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with patients' goals and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide both individual and group psychotherapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities to address an array of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

• In situations requiring immediate intervention, perform crisis management techniques to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation of each patient’s progress in compliance with state regulations and center policies.

• Collaborate closely with members of the educational staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for students.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending relevant training sessions and staying current with advancements in mental health treatment.

The successful candidate will work primarily with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including those in school environments. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
