Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will encompass a range of critical activities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine Clients' psychological needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Administering various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique context.

• Maintaining precise clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to coordinate care and optimize student support interventions.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to review progress, share insights, and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Providing education to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources to empower them in their journey.

• Staying informed on the latest developments and research in the mental health field to incorporate new findings into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work predominantly with school-aged children and adolescents who may face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your expertise will facilitate therapeutic relationships, enabling students and their families to access the tools and resources necessary for their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of New York.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.
