Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, diagnosing their mental health needs using appropriate clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Develop individualized care plans that cater to the cultural and specific needs of each patient.

  Continuously monitor patient progress, implementing interventions and strategies tailored to the mental health diagnosis to support recovery, symbolizing commitment to achieving positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  Current and active State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting, with a particular focus on outpatient therapy preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
