Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, coordinate, and implement personalized support plans geared towards helping clients navigate emotional difficulties and overcome dependencies.

• Conduct thorough interviews with students to assess their current emotional status, needs, strengths, and challenges they face within the school setting.

• Maintain meticulous case records to provide an accurate representation of each client's journey, ensuring comprehensive documentation for ongoing support and evaluation.

• Act as a key liaison by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and community service providers, to deliver holistic support.
