Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, focusing on their strengths and available resources.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that include clear therapeutic goals and actionable interventions based on best practices.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the integration of care and treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, ensuring clients' safety and well-being at all times.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to keep track of treatment progress and comply with regulations.

Qualifications\n
