Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand students’ mental health challenges, strengths, and family dynamics.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that include specific, measurable goals and interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational professionals to deliver coordinated care and ensure comprehensive support for each student.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance peer interactions and foster community support.

• Respond to crises with appropriate interventions, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
