Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify mental health needs, social determinants, and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Deliver individualized counseling services addressing a variety of mental health and psychosocial challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focused on common mental health issues, fostering peer support and psychoeducation among students.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and measurable outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, being prepared to coordinate emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for students’ rights and their access to a range of healthcare and community services, empowering them to navigate resources effectively.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
