Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Alight Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of students to identify their mental health needs, gathering information through interviews, observations, and standardized assessment tools.

• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client, incorporating solution-focused techniques to guide the intervention process.

• Implementing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting your approach based on each student's responsiveness and progress.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring that all patient records reflect up-to-date and effective treatment strategies.

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other social service agencies to provide holistic support, participating in case conferences, and developing coordinated care plans to address complex needs.

• Providing psychoeducation to students and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping strategies, thus empowering them to engage actively in their treatment.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision, staying abreast of developments in mental health, and incorporating research-based practices into your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents who face a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and behavioral issues. You will play an instrumental role in fostering resilience and promoting emotional well-being among students, working to reduce stigma surrounding mental health in the educational setting.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
