Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their academic and personal goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each student's circumstances and treatment requirements.

• Monitor and assess progress of students towards their treatment goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure effective interventions.

• Work closely with teachers, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a support network and develop program initiatives that promote positive school climate.

• Provide crisis intervention services and develop safety plans for students experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and services provided, adhering to ethical and legal standards for confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health and therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support student wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and substance abuse concerns.
