Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serene Unity Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), designed to enhance coping skills and emotional regulation among students.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including teachers and school administrators, to foster a comprehensive approach to student wellness.

• Participating in regular case reviews and team meetings to share insights, best practices, and support one another in delivering effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
