Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Spectrum Institute, your key responsibilities will include:

• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities to support students effectively.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care that considers the academic and social aspects of each student’s life.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students ranging from elementary through high school, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience.
