Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, incorporating evidence-based practices to determine their individual needs.

• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques and other therapeutic modalities to assist clients in achieving their personal and academic goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to all regulatory requirements to ensure the privacy of our clients.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and the treatment team to create a holistic support system for each student.

• Engage in continuous education and stay updated on the latest developments in mental health trends and evidence-based interventions.

• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families, helping them navigate challenges and access additional resources as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students within the school system who are confronting a variety of mental health challenges. You will provide support to individuals who may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties that can impact their academic and social functioning. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license for practicing in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
