Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Recovery Ease, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health concerns in students and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy based on best practices.

• Maintaining precise clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring legal and ethical compliance in all practices.

• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and other mental health experts to coordinate comprehensive care for each student.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case strategies and improve treatment outcomes through peer-reviewed insights.

• Providing education and support to students and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatments, and available community resources.
\n
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments and research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance patient care.

• Managing a full and diverse caseload while ensuring that all treatment goals are being met effectively and that clients receive timely care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children and adolescents attending school who are facing various psychological hurdles such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. You will engage with each student individually, employing strategies that are both relatable and beneficial to their emotional and educational needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the state of Florida.

• At least three years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy services, particularly in educational or outpatient settings.

• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions and familiarity with various evidence-based methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Recovery Ease offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
