Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for various mental health concerns, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that utilize best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services, utilizing therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) based on each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring timely updates to client records.

• Engage in collaborative care with our multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive support and improve treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions to elevate the quality of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that could enhance their journey towards wellness.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field of mental health, and incorporate this knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse population of students and their families within the school setting, addressing varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their emotional well-being, stability, and academic success.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a proven track record in providing psychotherapy services.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
