The successful candidate will use both telephonic and in-person approaches to address client needs, work collaboratively with educational staff and other organizations, and facilitate transformative interventions in the community.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Regularly participate in professional development opportunities, including supervision, training, and team meetings, to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.

• Monitor signs of child abuse and report any concerns as per mandatory reporting guidelines, ensuring client safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes school-aged children and adolescents who may face a myriad of social and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
