Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW at Thrive Collective Health Center, you will have a variety of important responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for students presenting with mental health issues, utilizing established best practices to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring services are suited to each child’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulatory practices, ensuring patient confidentiality and proper treatment documentation.

• Engage in effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide cohesive care and support to students.

• Lead educational workshops for parents and school staff on mental health awareness, helping to foster a supportive community around each student's needs.

• Stay informed about developments in mental health research and apply this knowledge to enhance your practice and the care provided to each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth at varying educational levels, addressing the complexities of adolescent mental health. Your clients will include children coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges that impact their educational experience and overall wellbeing. The LCSW will be instrumental in helping students navigate their unique challenges in a supportive and understanding manner.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
