Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a clinician by engaging with clients who face significant mental health challenges, conducting both in-office and community interventions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring access to multi-faceted services and continuous communication with families and external providers.

• Conduct thorough screenings for mental health issues using evidence-based tools, followed by arranging more comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Monitor and manage a caseload that includes conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on client-reported issues and goals.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies, identifying and addressing any unsafe situations promptly.

• Participate in quality improvement processes and interdepartmental committees aimed at enhancing service delivery across the organization.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to fulfill regulatory requirements.

• Remain available for on-call support during and after program hours to address urgent client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 85,000.
