This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from the comfort of your home while effectively collaborating with your team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Life Sync, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental milestones.
\n
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), collaborating with families to set realistic and impactful goals.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Facilitate family support sessions that enhance involvement in their child's developmental activities.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations while delivering social work services.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices, adapting strategies to fit individual family needs.
\n
• Develop rapport with families and children, ensuring a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.
\n
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to parents, equipping them with effective strategies to foster their child's development.
\n
• Maintain all standards to ensure the health and safety of the children and families we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be children aged 0-3 years who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. In this role, you will engage with families, helping them navigate challenges and providing empowerment to create strategies for their child's growth. Our aim is to facilitate the child's development in key areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills through tailored early intervention methods.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate community outreach as needed.
\n
• At least one year of experience working with young children in early intervention settings.

• A strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices and an understanding of individualized treatment plans.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A collaborative spirit with a respectful approach towards team interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
