Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing symptoms related to major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences guide the care provided.

• Collaboratively create integrated care plans that involve input from clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings, arranging for more detailed evaluations as needed.

• Deliver a comprehensive range of prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client requirements.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and the organizational code of conduct, ensuring high standards of practice.

• Monitor caseloads effectively, encompassing assessment, individual and group therapy, and family support.

You will primarily work with clients struggling with severe emotional and mental health disorders in a community-based environment. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
