Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible approach to work while supporting your essential role in the school setting. Your standard work hours will be from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends required, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement and coordinate a variety of behavioral health services, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and their families.

• Maintain an active caseload by managing intake evaluations, progress reviews, and ongoing therapeutic sessions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Participate as a vital member of the multidisciplinary primary care team, collaborating with educators and healthcare providers to deliver holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention and counseling to students facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring prompt support during critical instances.

• Screen for substance abuse, leading to appropriate referrals and counseling for those affected by prescription or illicit drug and alcohol use.

• Maintain compliance with all mental health policies and procedures within the school setting, promoting a safe and supportive environment for students.

• Refer students with severe mental health concerns to necessary inpatient or specialized care, following established protocols.
