Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose clients and evaluate their mental health status. Utilize standardized diagnostic tools like the DSM-5 to create personalized care plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients and their families to develop tailored treatment objectives, incorporating cultural considerations and individual needs.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Apply evidence-based therapeutic methods to support clients struggling with mental health issues related to cancer, providing interventions that promote mental well-being and resilience.

• Progress Evaluation: Continually monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient progress, utilizing feedback and outcome measures to optimize care effectiveness.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring timely submissions and updates.

• Coordination & Collaboration: Act as a liaison between patients and external treatment resources, coordinating referrals and fostering effective relationships with healthcare providers.

• Education & Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, interns, and new clinicians, sharing your expertise to support their professional development.

• Peer Review & Support: Engage in peer-to-peer reviews, collaborating with clinical supervisors and team members to enhance service quality and support team growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
