Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, addressing symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including developmentally appropriate screenings, to inform care plans and ensure timely interventions.
\n
• Create personalized integrated care plans that connect clients to necessary services, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health and well-being.
\n
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to uphold team goals, sharing insights and strategies for enhancing client outcomes.
\n
• Engage with clients respectfully, considering their diverse backgrounds, and adapt interventions to meet their unique needs and beliefs.

• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and facilitating continuity of care during transitions, including admissions and discharges.
\n
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support during acute situations to safeguard clients’ well-being.

• Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of clinical documentation and reports, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field is required, with a valid LCSW license to practice in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
