Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in therapeutic sessions that include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy to address relationship dynamics and improve communication.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions aimed at resolving conflicts and enhancing family relationships.
\n
• Assessing and treating various issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, job-related stress, and the challenges of blended families.

• Developing personalized treatment plans and regularly evaluating their effectiveness.
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical notes and participating in ongoing training and development efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic expertise will support diverse client populations, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will be working with clients facing multifaceted challenges such as adjustment issues related to separation and divorce, navigating conflicts between family members, and addressing communication difficulties.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active LMFT state license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Assure Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
