Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating crisis and pre-crisis intervention strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress.

• Apply evidence-based screening tools as outlined by the clinical team, utilizing data to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of care and evidence-based practices.

• Serve as a vital liaison between the clinic, relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Establish channels of communication to support and promote the agency’s mission, ensuring effectiveness in community outreach and relationship building.

• Pursue continuous professional development through conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings that enhance your practice and expertise in mental health.

• Complete additional related tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, engaging actively in team initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is necessary to practice in Massachusetts. If you hold a license from another state, we will cover the fees for licensing you in Massachusetts.
