Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, employing culturally sensitive methodologies to understand the unique experiences of each patient and tailor effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing tools such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the mental health needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote resilience, emotional regulation, and mental health recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support, guiding patients through mental health emergencies while employing safety planning and risk assessment strategies.

Qualifications\n
