Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, guiding clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

• Assess and monitor clients’ progress against established treatment goals, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to enhance efficacy.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.

• Engage in post-hospitalization follow-up with clients recently admitted, facilitating a smooth transition back to outpatient care.

• Identify potential behavioral barriers to recovery, employing interventions to mitigate these challenges and support client resilience.

• Support families and caregivers of clients by providing education and resources for managing mental health challenges together.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibilities will involve working with a diverse client base struggling with a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. By focusing on each client’s individual journey, you will leverage your clinical skills to foster healing and growth, while cultivating a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is required.

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 101,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
