Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to effectively determine their mental health needs, alongside developing tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to individuals, families, and groups facing various challenges.

• Collaborate efficiently with a supportive network that includes case managers, psychiatrists, and various healthcare professionals to facilitate coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, utilizing your clinical expertise to stabilize clients in acute distress and to provide immediate support during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach and educational campaigns aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of California.

• Hold a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit superior communication and interpersonal skills, building strong therapeutic relationships and effectively engaging with clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling you to work adeptly with individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to manage documentation accurately and meet required deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or telehealth environment strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate client records and tracking treatment progress.

• Experience in developing and facilitating workshops or group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
