Regular working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs, ensuring that your work-life balance is prioritized.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the needs of children and adolescents, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the unique developmental stages and family contexts of each young client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, or other modalities tailored to the specific issues faced by the child or adolescent.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to engage parents and caregivers, enabling them to better support their child's mental health journey.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to deliver integrated and coordinated care.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support for clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment avenues, while also providing guidance on community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to stay current on best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
