Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate seamless and holistic care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing acute distress or emergencies, demonstrating your expertise and empathetic approach in high-pressure situations.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to foster mental health awareness, combat stigma, and promote overall community wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n
