Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs accurately. Your findings will guide the development of tailored treatment plans, ensuring that each individual receives personalized care.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, groups, and families; utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy—adjusting your approach as needed to meet clients' unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care. This may involve attending case consultations or multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress.

• Deliver crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, leveraging your skills in de-escalation and immediate support in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications\n
