Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing standardized screening tools and methodologies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique challenges and goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing proven evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care, regularly participating in case conferences to discuss client progress and modify treatment strategies.

• Educate clients' families on mental health issues, encouraging their involvement and support in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Our clients vary widely in background and experience, primarily consisting of individuals facing substance use challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, including practical application of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport effectively and motivate clients throughout their recovery journey.

• Excellent communication abilities, allowing for effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
