Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new and existing clients, gathering crucial information to tailor individual care plans.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatments that focus on relational dynamics and personal growth.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that include measurable objectives and progress tracking.

• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss progress, adaptations to treatment plans, and collaborate on integrated care strategies.

• Oversee and mentor Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors in their development, contributing to their career advancement.

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice, fostering a safe environment for both clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients facing substance use disorder alongside mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their treatment journey, promoting healing through tailored interventions that address both their psychological and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid license in good standing from the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• At least three years of experience providing therapy in a behavioral health or substance abuse setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
