Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual counseling sessions with clients using secure video conferencing tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population primarily includes stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health needs, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges. Your role will involve assisting these individuals in enhancing their quality of life by fostering skills and strategies for coping and resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license, which may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Applicants must be eligible to practice independently, as we do not provide supervision for provisional licenses.

• No history of disciplinary actions associated with professional licenses.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a compassionate approach to counseling.

• Proficiency in technology, including a reliable computer with a webcam and audio capability, along with a dependable internet connection for telehealth operations.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-license counseling experience is required, candidates with experience in telehealth or virtual counseling settings will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your work hours and case load. Additional benefits include:
