Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity needs, ensuring that you can provide focused care without overwhelming caseloads. This allows you to form meaningful therapeutic relationships and work effectively toward client success.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• Current, independent licensure in California as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Ability to conduct professional evaluations, make informed decisions regarding treatment plans, and recommend appropriate interventions based on individual client needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine empathetic nature that fosters trust and connection with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services, ensuring smooth communication and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, dependent on caseload and relevant experience.
