• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, using established psychological assessments and diagnostic tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals, taking into account their unique life circumstances and challenges.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress, documenting changes and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication about client status.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting sessions and progress notes rigorously.

The clients you will serve are individuals across varied demographics dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. • Demonstrated ability to empathize and build rapport with clients, facilitating trust and effective communication.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, ensuring proper management of client documentation.

• Proficiency in telehealth technologies and adaptability to remote environments.

We offer a competitive annual salary between USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience.
