Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing effective crisis intervention strategies and behavioral therapy techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering therapeutic services in a clinical setting, preferably through telehealth modalities.

• An established knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
