Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating their goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as needed to ensure the most effective outcomes.
