Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and developing tailored treatment plans that address individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, providing a safe space for open communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, job stressors, and adjustment to divorce or separation.

• Offering individual therapy sessions for all family members to ensure holistic treatment and support.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches as needed.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals and families experiencing various challenges, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
